RIVAL FITNESS CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE

Due to the addition of several NEW classes with limited spots, as well as an increase in class attendance, we have had to make a few changes to our cancellation policy. We understand that life happens and there will be times you are unable to attend your scheduled class. We kindly ask that you cancel your reservation 5 hours prior to the class’s start time so that someone else can experience the great workout you’ll be missing! If you fail to cancel a reservation and/or don’t make it to class, a class will be deducted from your pass. If there should be a sudden emergency within the 5 hour window, please contact us directly at 304-641-1483, facebook messenger or rivalfitnessllc@gmail.com.

Les Mills BODYPUMP: Body Pump is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit — fast! This 45-60-minute addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. The key to BODYPUMP™ is THE REP EFFECT™, a breakthrough in fitness training focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads.

Les Mills BODYCOMBAT: High-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories in a class! No Experience needed. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ! (45-60min)

Les Mills Grit: 30-minute high-intensity interval graining workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercise to blast all major muscle groups. (30 min)

Zumba: Zumba is a form of aerobic dance exercise similar to Jazzercise; its distinctive characteristic is its use of Latin American music and dance rhythms to create a party-like atmosphere in class sessions.

Step&Strength: Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. It's lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results. The "step" is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles. Our class switches back and forth between intervals of step and strength!

Cycle Crunch: Cycle Crunch switches between cardio intervals on the bike and core moves on the floor. Our core is the foundation of our body, keep it strong or fall apart!

Barre: Barre is a ballet inspired, low impact class that fuses fluid balletic movements with small staccato actions to trigger hard to work muscles. Create a strong, lean body and improve flexibility with Barre! (50 min)

Spinning: Spinning® is challenging, fun, and one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning lots of calories. This class is low impact and you can set your own resistance and speed making it great for ALL fitness levels. (45 min)

Spin & Strength: Twenty minutes of cycling for cardiovascular health followed by 30 minutes of pure strength training! Get the best of both worlds with this fun and challenging class! (55 min)

STRONG30YOGA30: STRONG combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation. Great for all levels! (60 min)

Boxing Intervals: Condition your muscles for Knockout power with this Boxing Circuit class! Shred fat using heavy bags, ropes, medicine balls, mitts and more to improve speed, power and endurance! (45 min)

Strength & Tabata: Timed strength intervals followed by brief, explosive cardio intervals that will keep your muscles guessing! Strength & Tabata is a great combo that will transform your body into a fat-burning machine! (50 min)

Circuit Breaker: Circuit training is the “musical chairs” of the exercise world. It never gets boring as you are constantly moving from one exercise to the next! Have fun while breaking a sweat and getting great results! (50 min)

PURE STRENGTH: PS is 45 minutes of pure weight lifting – no cardio! Sculpt muscle and burn body fat with this strength training class utilizing heavy weights. (45 min)
